I got the N64 one for THPS2, and the music WAS great, also there was this gamecube James Bond game that didn't have James Bond music and it was pretty cool. I think it was nightfire, but not sure.

Tony Hawk Underground (either 1 or 2)...it had In Flames and Lamb of God on it...what more could I ask for? I remember one of those games had a Snapcase song as well...I miss that band sometimes...

Tony Hawk Underground (either 1 or 2) I played some of the original Tony Hawk games a million years ago. All I remember is hearing Rage. -------------------- "I am America, and so can you"

^ This thread is a great read.
I agree that THPS 1 and 2 were great. THPS 1 had Primus, The Vandals, and some great under the radar punk stuff. THPS 2 was loaded with great shit, except for the fact it played Guerilla Radio ALLLLLL the time. Hmmm. Other games with good soundtracks. JSRF is definitely on the list. I still the think the greatest score for video game music is the original score for Mario. Sorry. It's just an excellent set of music. So damn catchy. -------------------- AIM: skatebylife

Yeah. That one is pretty well done. That's generally my favorite arrangement too.
They didn't do the Star theme. Lame. -------------------- AIM: skatebylife

For some reason, once I saw this thread I knew there would be about 20 comments about FF soundtracks.

They're ok. I dunno. Most of the time I don't pay much attention to game soundtracks.
The most memorable is the worst for me. One of the NHL games, 2003 I think had Jimmy Eat World's Sweetness on it and played it all the fucking time. I still hate that song. -------------------- AIM: skatebylife
