As you can tell from the title, here is where you come to ask for a tab request. Just post the the band name and song title. First one of our kind admins will check to see if we have proper licensing.

Once we figure out the licensing situation will categorize the request under a confirmed or denied column. If confirmed one of you kind users (or me if time allows) will tab the song. Once the tab is completed the request will be moved from confirmed to completed with a link and the tabbers name.

All tabbing rules set forth by MX apply. Also please do not plagiarize. Taking credit for someone else's work is not cool.

If any ones up to it, how about some help on Lamb Of God's 'Another Nail For Your Coffin' (also called 'An Extra Nail For Your Coffin'...just the last riff and solo...I kinda got it but not 100%...

Hi, I'm looking for the solo in Bob Seger's song Old Time Rock And Roll, the solo at about 1:55 and the sax solo if possible. I looked for your tab on the site but since I'm in Canada I can't view it if I got it right. If the solo's already tabbed could someone just send it to me ? Thanks.

Could I get a guitar tab for the song "I Don't Love You Anymore" by Bomb the Music Industry! It is off their album "Get Warmer" from 2006, they release all of their music for free so you can download it for free without it being illegal.

We do have rights to Chilliwack. Is there a particular song you'd like tabbed? It looks like we have 2 of their songs, "Groundhog" and "Fly at Night," in the old MX database that we haven't had a chance to license yet (hence they're not displaying). I'll get those up to the site later this week or first thing next.

Unfortunately, Loverboy is published by EMI Music Publishing who we don't currently have a deal with.

It may be awhile yet, but we're working on and hoping to get licensing from EMI. If you glance through these request threads, I'd say that about 60-70% of our denied requests are EMI related. In addition to a very extensive and impressive back catalog, EMI also administers rights for a ton of big name bands that would be perfect for MXTabs.net: Nirvana, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Aerosmith, Tool, and Foo Fighters just to name a few.

(Some encouraging news: EMI Music Publishing did sign a deal with our sister site, Musicnotes.com, this past summer and that partnership is going very well.)

Number One Fan first formed in 2000 and was signed to Pat's Record Company (www.patsrecordcompany.com). The song itself (It's Happening) was recorded on a self released album (Compromises) by the band, but was published later by Universal Records with the re-lease of Compromises in 2004. The band itself changed their name to The Wildbirds in 2005 and currently they are no longer together (as of summer 2008).

There's not a lot of info on this band out there, but if there are any more details you need, just let me know. Thanks
